We liked the location of the hotel in the picturesque village of Grainau, and also the traditional chalet design. Our spacious room with balcony looked out at the Zugspitze which was spectacular. Breakfasts were excellent as was our evening meals. -

Our balcony view of the mountains was beyond spectacular, and the town of Grainau was quiet, welcoming, and relaxing. It was an amazing place, and we wish we had planned to stay longer.
