Bright room, nicely set up bathroom with see-thru glass at head level, nice outdoor seating restaurant, and above all it is located very close to Strassenbahn and bus stops. Very nice Spa on the 7th floor. Staff were very nice and helpful, spoke good English. All in all, I really enjoyed a relaxing and productive stay at Welcome Frankfurt.

A suite é maravilhosa. O fato de não ter ar condicionado não influenciou em nada, pois dormi com a janela um pouco aberta e a noite estava bem agradável. Everything. The rooms were excellent, everything needed was available and the laundry in the room. Sauna and pool were great. Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.

I like the fact that the hotel Palmenhof is a traditional hotel, each room is a little bit different so it doesn't have the "chain" feeling.

The location of the hotel was very good. A stone's throw away from Frankfurt Hbf with everything in the surrounding area.
The see-through shower in the room is a novelty and quite an amusement and fun for a couple. -
staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms very clean. Located near main rail station and lots of public transport near.
