I stay in a lot of hotels, but this one is very special as it doesn't feel like a hotel, it feels like coming to a beautiful, comfortable and lovely home. Staff is incredably friendly and hospitable, breakfast a dream. Free internet, very uncomplicated. My daughter had a violin competition in Erlangen, and the hotel staff let her warm up in one of the basement rooms which will soon be converted into a spa / sauna. This is a very nice place to stay. The staff is very attentive and friendly.
The building has been renovated throughout and the rooms are modern, trendy and offer a good size walk-in shower room. I particularly like the breakfast, which offers a good variety continental breakfast with a gourmet touch.
Good location in the city center, breakfast not enough but just fresh orange juice nutella and filter cafe are good.
Friendly staff, rooms are nice and relatively quiet, except some noise when somebody is in the corridor.
Hotel has high quality facilities and located in the center of Erlangen. Very good breakfast.

Rooms are all wood but good furniture.
So expensive.
They have troubles with the WiFi. It does not work very well, I came several times to this hotel, generally there is no Internet from late evening to the next morning. Moreover, only 1 device can be used at the same time with the code provided in the room. A huge improvement could be made regarding Internet connection.
The regular rooms are a bit small and clasterophobic. No hot water in the rooms. Wifi doesnt work very good also.
We stayed 4 nights - the cleaning lady came only once to clean the room.
And when she came she took the container for my herbal tea - apparently
she trowed it away.
