Though we don't speak German, their English was so good that it was never a problem. I would highly recommend this hotel to others, especially because the location was also very good.

  Proximidade da estação central de comboios. - The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful, could not fault in anyway. Location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the Dom and HBF.   By far the best accomodation we have had on our trip. Very new clean stylish rooms. Excellent helpful staff. Easy to find location in the heart of cologne. Quiet rooms despite being in the middle of the city. Very comfy bed - so much so we didn't want to leave... Highly recomended.
