We had a very clean, comfortable room overlooking the street on the first floor. The custom built furnishings were very nice, as was the walk in shower. Very comfortable bed. The windows are easy to open and had blackout curtains. The staff was incredibly gracious and helpful and the additional breakfast was well worth the price and had lots of variety and nice touches (organic eggs from "happy chickens"). The location is great and lets you pop back to your room for a break during sightseeing. .

Very convenient location, close to railway station and there is a suburban line almost right underneath the hotel now, so convenient to arrive into the city by train. Breakfast was outstanding, with local gourmet ingredients. Great staff. Quiet location too, set on a quiet back street just outside the central part of town. Highly recommend this place. This is a very nice hotel, very modern as the rooms were renovated in the past couple years. Nicely appointed rooms with good beds. The hotel is within about 3 blocks of the Dom (cathedral) and very central to other museums, the concert hall, and of course some fine beer establishments. The staff was very helpful and friendly. An optional breakfast was very cost effective (6 Euro) and the breakfast theme based on nationality changed daily. Highly recommended!. Great location - only a short walk to the Dom cathedral, the train station and a huge town square with dozens of restaurants. This is one exceptional boutique hotel which is located in an excellent position. I had a stuck sink in my bathroom and also didn't like the shower without a door. Perhaps instructions for how to avoid excess water runoff in the shower would have been helpful. Only the noise of the doors that was keeping me from sleeping. Maybe it could be an idea taking out the doors of the corridors. Late check-in process. Nothing Is no lift but didn't affect me. Nothing. The room roof was too low. Not suitable for people with clostrophobia. Also, there was no elevator. We had to drug our luggage up 6 floors. It was very uncomfortable. No elevator srvice. Uncomfortable bed, pillows, bedding, bathtub, shower got the floor wet. Not enough towels. This hotel would be great for young travelers on a budget. bed and stairs. No stuff in the weekend and nihgt. I had to check out 6 am in the morning but no one was there and could not check out. Left my room key on the floor of front desk. Requested taxi was not arranged. Almost missed my flight.
