The room is modern, yet very cosy. The use of light wood and the big window make the room airy. The shower in the bathroom is very good and the bath products are of good quality. Friendly and welcoming staff. The wi-fi worked very well.

Missed a cooler / minibar in the room. Asking for room numbers at breakfast could be a bit more discreet, e.g. while pouring coffee, instead of shouting over the counter.
After 8 pm everything closes down including the reception and there is no possibility of getting even a bottle of water. I think the hotel must have a vending machine in the lobby area. Also it will help a lot old and sick people if the hotel offers some fruit free of cost in the rooms. e.g. a banana and an orange or an apple.
Standard European beds. Us Americans are spoiled with pillow tops. Those are hard to come by here.
