Beautiful, quiet, countryside location with nice variety of things to do in the area (hiking, boating, biking, exploring old towns/villages, thermal baths). Guest room was very comfortable, nicely decorated, and included a sitting area as well as a balcony. Excellent breakfast each morning, including fresh buns/bread, meat, cheese, jams, baked item or yogurt, juice, coffee and tea. Everything was spotlessly clean. Hostess was very kind and helpful, providing a number of suggestions for thin.

Splendid location in the mountains, great views, Bavarian style all around, personal attention form the owner. It is not a hotel, not a pension, it is a guest house in the best meaning of the word. Please note that the great location means that the driveway is quite steep, rather not suitable for inexperienced drivers. although the location is a little far from railway station, the hostess was so to supply to pick us up and send us to the station. the hotel is on the hill , the view outside is great. it's so clean and comfortable, also breakfast is good too.it's absolutly out. of it's price! if there is any chance, i will stay again!. We loved It here and plan to return again. The gaestehaus is very convenient for visiting Berchtesgaden & Ramsau a couple of our favorite places. We had a gorgeous view from our balcony.
