  This is one of the very nicest hotels I have stayed in in Europe. The staff were polite and helpful, the food great (champagne with breakfast on Sunday!) the facilities outstanding (indoor pool, sauna, steamroom, spa, etc.) and the location was divine: the alpine scenery was straight out of "Heidi".
