  We found the ladies on reception duties to be extra helpful. As the hotel would be full the following night, when we wished to extend our stay, one booked a room in a nearby hotel for us. A short walk from the station,with good signposting.A Very friendly welcome by the reception staff on check-in.We were offered city maps,given easy explanations and code for WIFI,offered free tea/coffee in the lobby,which is available 24/7. Very comfortable room and bed,and all you need in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast was superb,with excellent service to match.
