  The hotel was very close to Zweibrucken airport. We walked there from our flight in, and caught a very cheap taxi back. It is across the road from an Ice Skating rink and gymnasium and a short walk from the Designer Outlet shopping.   We arrived after dark and it took us a few minutes to locate the guesthouse but it was well worth it! Our hostess was very welcoming and helpful - she took us by car to a local restaurant and collected us later. Our room was tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We really liked Hornbach when we saw it in daylight the following morning. Everything about our - Very spacious, clean and nicely decorated and furnished apartment (with super-king bed in main bedroom). The owner greeted us with a big smile and was very friendly. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed to self-cater and there was a small supermarket and bakery conveniently located only 400M away

  We were made to feel very welcome. Monika added so many extra special touches such as complimentary cakes and coffee on arrival, with chocolates for the children. Gluhwein one evening.
