The staff was very friendly and kind.The hotel was clean.Our room was clean and ready with the extra bead as I had order to accomodate a family of four, one adult and three oldrer children.   The rooms were very big. Bed was comfortable. Having a kitchen was great as well as a little living room. Breakfast had a good selection. Close to University and Botanical Gardens. English speaking staff. Internet was fast but only one user could use it at a time for each room. Hotel is very close to pastry shops and grocery stores.
