  The location was good. Very quiet, close to a underground / subway stop and close to free parking. The flat had good amenities - fast internet service, clean bathroom, good heating and hot water. The bed was comfortable, it had a huge balcony (which we didn't use) and there was a large, modern TV. - Very last minute booking due to air traffic ... o que as pessoas dizem » control strike, and all hotels full... everything worked perfectly, very clean appartment, nicely decorated, all worked well.

  The apartment is very well furnished and can easily accommodate a family of 3 with option for additional child bed on request for a small fee. The apartment is VERY CLOSE to many top attractions in Berlin. We could even take a small refreshing break at the apartment in the middle of the day during our trip! Easy to park your car in the street (for free) or at their small private parking. Am just back from a 4 day visit in this hotel and I can recommend it to everyone. Cheap priced hotel! - It was easy to go to the downtown by tram!

  well-equipped room, quiet, easy to sleep, decent breakfast, at least 3 different tram lines within 1km radius, 24 hour access with key - Really nice place, with a nice staff behind it. Just 15min from Alexandreplatz, from de M4 Tram. Simple but good breakfeast.
