  The apartment was in a very nice Neukolln house with a beautiful staircase and a back yard where you can store bicycles. The apartment is quite spacious, clean, quiet, well maintained and comfortable. Very good alternative to a hotel. Staff was very efficient in accommodating the changes to the reservation that we requested. Please remember you ar... o que as pessoas dizem » e in Germany, and so be punctual :) It's an apartment in a normal residential house and staff have to come and wait for you at the agreed time to chec - The appartment (Pannierstrasse 28) was really nice in its Japanese style and very well equipped. Even in the kitchen everything that you normally miss in apartments was in place (e.g. toaster, teapot, coffee-machine etc). The apartment is located in the backyard, what means no noisy traffic infront of the windows at all (noise from balconies can occur thought). Bus-stop, Rent-a-bike and supermarket in 1 minute distance.

  Stayed in Berlin for Depeche Mode at O2 World, so location was excellent, about 10 mins walk away. Also close-by are very good transport links. Was very pleasantly surprised how quiet and peaceful it was, when in our room. Another bonus was free Wi-Fi and also free to use terminals in lobby area with facilities for print outs. Interesting historical building with an amazing courtyard in centre of the building. Double rooms had a/c which was greatly appreciated in a heat wave. The ceilings were very high in the rooms giving them a very spacious feel. Double room had a large bathroom wth a big showe
