  The attention to detail was very obvious compared with other hotels, eg coffee maker, complimentary welcome gift of wine and snack, provision of books about Germany in all languages. Character of decor was consistent, staff was very helpful and we were greeted with a glass of champagne as we checked in. Very attentive owners / staff that were there on time for our arrival and very responsive with all questions before and during our stay. - The apartment itself is very nice: large, clean and functionally furnished for four people and is well equipped with radios, televisions, fast wlan etc. The owner Annette is utmost helpful helping you arrange anything you dare to ask, for us she even boutght tickets to the football match. We felt even more comfortable in Voltaire apartment than in the city itself.
