Great hotel - really clean and comfortable. About a 5-7min walk to/from the airport and 5min walk to the train station. Nice big shower. Includes free transport around Berlin during your stay, so we didn't have to pay for our train into the city, bonus!! Breakfast is €11pp and has a decent variety of hot & cold food. Last stayed here 3 years ago. As good now as it was then. 5 minute walk from both station and airport - yes, just a 5 min walk. Frequent trains to centre of city. Hotel gives a pass for these. As do all in the IC chain.
Really comfortable rooms. Varied and extensive breakfast, offering hot and cold choices.

Breakfast is perhaps the best one we have ever had even considering superior hotels. Located in Friedrichshain, very near U and S-Bahn stations. The area is a bit edgy with lots of night-life....but it still felt safe. Excellent facilities with a modern lobby. It felt more like a hotel than a hostel. Interesting historical building with an amazing courtyard in centre of the building. Double rooms had a/c which was greatly appreciated in a heat wave.
