The hotel is very warm and cosy. We had a very pleasent stay at it. The rooms were very clean and as expected. Everything was as described on the web site. We spent 8 days at Villa Barbara apartment and we liked a lot. The apartment is spacious, clean and well furnished. It locates very close to a tram and bus station, that connects us to the whole city.
For our surprise, the owner is Brazilian and she has received us very well and gave us several tips about the city.
I recommend Villa Barbara to families, groups of friends etc.

Nice place especially for walking trips along the river to and from the city. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Good breakfast. There will be an opening of the new bridge very close to the hotel at the end of August which will make the position of the hotel even more attractive for the tourists.

Great location, close to the touristy center but in a very quiet area, also close to the area with cafes, restaurants, bars and small artsy shops. Comfortable beds, on our request down comforters and pillows that we were allergic to were changed for synthetic hypoalergenic ones. Wonderful, comfortable and beautiful bathroom. Free fast internet.
