The family that owns the property are so sweet and really easy to work with. The location is great and in such close proximity to the airport we didn't feel rushed with our early morning flight. Don't judge the exterior too quickly. The area was very safe and the inside is homey and spacious with a great outdoor patio.

we had a one bedroom apt and it was fab!! beautifully designed and decorated, well appointed facilities and ideal for those who want to self cater.

The hotel is in a beautifully and tastefully restored castle. It is conveniently located to the river, pedestrian zone and bus stops. The hotel owner was extremely nice, offering us an upgrade and picking us up from the train station in Bullay. The breakfast was plentiful, and restaurant was very good. The hotel and restaurant staff were friendly.

I had the most wonderful four days at this hotel while I was buying a holiday home there. The owner, Karin, was so helpful and warm and made me feel very welcome. The restaurant was 5 Star eating and the castle setting and rooms were breathtakingly elegant with such a fantastic history. What a wonderful start to Christmas- almost a fairytale.

comfort and location - A one night stay was enjoyed by my wife and 17 y/o son. Our rooms (2) were comfortable and quiet. We found the Innkeepers to be very polite and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was terrific. We recommend if traveling in this area and need a place to stay try hotel moseltor!

The food, which Dirk is the chef,was great. We were sorry we did not book for a longer period of time. This hotel is a real gem... if you get the chance to stay in the mosel valley area of Germany, this is the place for good food and atmosphere.
