  This was our second stay at Heiligenstein and we highly recommend it. It is NOT in Baden Baden (10 min drive) but is in a very beautiful and quiet area among vineyards with nice views from many rooms. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. The entire hotel is recently renovated and very clean. Comfy beds too!   A vista do quarto é simplesmente maravilhosa. - I loved our two nights at the Quisisana!!! We were treated royally and loved every minute of it. What a dream weekend!! I let the staff know that it was our first time to Baden - Baden and that my wife and I were celebrating our 30th anniversary and they graciously upgraded our room to the most luxu... o que as pessoas dizem » rious room I have every seen much less spent the night in. I cannot thank the staff enough!!! - Very quiet and peaceful setting, friendly helpful and courteous staff, only ten minute walk to centre of Baden Baden via a very pretty route. Hotel has a complimentary taxi to restaurants in the evening. Good breakfast, I had a single room and often these can be of poorer quality. It was a big room with a balcony and a prime view. I would highly recommend this hotel.

  Ambiente e localização - everything. The rooms, the service, the location the atmosphere - you name it. - I loved the "Little Prince" pictures everywhere. The tea was lovely, the staff was helpful, friendly, and gracious. I also like the library and the use of the internet. My room was charming and more than adequate.

  Location of hotel, staff was very friendly and spoke good English. The steam room and sauna was nice, but the indoor pool was to cool. - the staff were very nice . helping and smiling all the time
