Good price/quality ratio, helpful staff, good breakfast (at departure morning we got by request a little smaller breakfast at 4 am), 24 h reception. Reception could arrange personal day trip for us. Nice and helpful personnel. Big breakfast. Taxis were always available (for about 4 laris in the centre). We got a private tour of Mtksheta and Gori via hotel. Very friendly personnel; very big breakfast offered; situated not very far from the central street Rustaveli and some other attractions in the city.

No lift (didn't bother me, and we were offered help in carrying the bags). No lift (the hotel manager brought my heavy suitcase until the 4th floor though!). The hotel is a up a hill (not a very steep one) but if you do not take a taxi (which is very cheap in Tbilisi) you need to take a stroll of some five-ten minutes... The place is a little beat far from the old town 30 minutes walk to the old town, located up in the hill. some details, missing hairdryer, missing the light above the mirror in the bathroom. Breakfast not the best one. The location. Allthough it's not so far, you need a taxi if you are in the old town and you want to get there, otherwise you have to climb ab. 15 minutes. The breakfasts aren't so various, with assortiment, the taxis around try to cheat foreigners with tarifs, asserting that the cost of one hour servise of taxi is at least 20 laris)))) actually, its less than 10 laris. The price a little bit higher for such a hotel, the door lock was too old and I could hardly open it one day: after I asked them to replace the key and it solved the issue. Old fashioned furniture, TV channels could be more, hairdryer hard to find - 1 unit for 10 rooms.
