  O Hotel é fantástico - muito confortável, excelente decoração, quer no quarto, quer nos espaços comuns. O pessoal é extrememente atencioso e simpático. Fizemos o check in muito tarde e tiveram a gentileza de nos deixar a chave do quarto e do parque num local que nos indicaram. O pequeno almoço é muito bom. Deixámos uma T-Shirt esquecida e, prontame... o que as pessoas dizem » nte nos enviaram uma mensagem. - Among the 5 hotels that I stayed during my trip in Europe, this was thebest, despite the fact that all the others were 3 or 4 star hotels. Thishotel definetely misses at least a star. It should at least be a 3-starhotel. The owner and his wife has created a little gem in the centre ofSaumur, with a lot of attention to detail, with every room with adifferent theme. Excellent work. Keep it up. - Hotel owners and staff extremely friendly, fun and always happy toadvise on places and restaurants to visit. Very central location in townfor shopping and walking to eat out at night. The room was fabulous;very comfortable and spacious. We will certainly be recommending thishotel to family and friends.

  We are a family of 4 and booked the quad room. It was fantastic, a separate room for the children with their own tv!! Large clean bathroom with shower and large balcony with an amazing view across the town to the castle in Saumur. We only had a stop over on our way South but still managed to spend most of our time in the pool!! Dinner & breakf... o que as pessoas dizem » ast were both served on the terrace by the pool and the food was great. - We stayed here last year on our way home from holiday and enjoyed it so much decided to come back,it did not disappoint, the staff are very friendly, the receptionist even recognized us from last year. We had a studio this year which was very roomy with a little kitchenette with fridge which was very handy, the food is beautifully cooked & presented. We will be coming back next year.

  What is not to like about this place. David was an excellent host. His attention to dental re the room and bathroom was first class. The terrace outside our room to sit and have a quite drink, was an added bonus. - Very helpful en hospital host, clean and nice accommodation, good breakfast.

The wine list looked wide and varied but a heavy cold prevented a fair tasting.   I stayed here in September / October 2013. The house is dated from the 18th century and surrounded by a huge park. It has been taken over by Patricia last autumn and since then she is constantly busy improvement of the rooms aswell as the apartments. I had the chance to see them all and can very much recommend the "Gîte vert" and "chambre du tour"... o que as pessoas dizem » . The gîtes are equipped with a kitchenette. Don't forget to bring towels and bed sheets, they are not included in the price! Otherwise they are to be - The hotel was excellent and in a great location. We stayed in the tower room which was full of character. The owner was very friendly and helpful and recommended somewhere for us to eat in the town which is only a 10 minute walk away. Breakfast was good and although we did not use the pool, it looked in very good condition.
