  Welcoming hosts and calm location. We phoned to explain we had had a puncture on the motorway and would not arrive until late. The hosts advised us to eat before arriving at the Roseraie, suggested where we would find a restaurant and gave no sign of being put out by having to stay up for us (we arrived at 22.30).   The family who's house it is are all fantastically friendly. They were genuiely interested in our adventure through france. The breakfast was great and we were left wanting for nothing. It is not really a single room but a whole floor with a sitting room, kitchen and dining room.
