Libourne with its train station is only 7 km from this property, and the centre of Bordeaux is 40 km away.

The modernised accommodation was fine and we were upgraded to a slightly larger room without even asking. The ground floor included an adjoining wine cellar where we eventually purchased some wonderful wine.
Staff was very sincere and attentive. Location is in the heart of St. Emilion. Extremely clean and the breakfasts were delicious.

City centre location, convenient "come and go as you want" facility.
The bed was comfortable.
although attractive, en-suite open to room.
Toilet in bedroom.
Basically, this was a place with rooms above a wine shop. A narrow
alley led to the back of the wine shop and rooms. The manager did not
stay there, it was the staff from the wine shop helped to look after
the place. The room rate was too high for what it offered.The location
is good, however, there were other hotels at the same corner that
provided better ambience and services with similar rate, of which we
found out later .
No parking to speak of really, staff could have been a little more friendly/helpful but it could have been a language barrier... bathroom was behind a curtain in the bedroom which was a little odd!.
The accommodation is not up to standard. We have traveled in France for
14 days and stayed in 6 different hotels and B&B'S. Vignobles
Fabris was the worst experience that we have had in our time in France.
I strongly advise letsbookhotel.com to reconsider your involvement with this
institution. The webiste is a totally misleading as to what the
accommodation really looks like. We were highly disappointed.
