The friendlyness of the staff, the cleanliness and the good food .This hotel should be ranked higher than 2 stars but stay at same price ! - Friendly attitude of the proprietor and his wife. The restaurant had an excellent menu and reasonable prices, good choice of wines.

Great place to stay. We were a group of motorcyclist travelling through
Europe wanting an easy location on route back to Caen. The staff are
more than helpful and finding that we were the only booked guest the
whole complex was given to ourselves. Be aware however that there is
very little in the way of; shops, restaurant etc open during the week.

Very pet friendly. Our dogs had an injured paw and the owner went out of
his way to help dress the wound. Also out of season on a French public
holiday he made sure we were provided with an evening meal. Looks a
fabulous place with a beach by a lake for a family summer holiday.

Very charming hotel with facilities to keep teenagers amused in their beautifully laid out grounds. Room was properly set out as a family room not with just a pull out bed settee for children.

Absolutely fabulous location. Just outside of Le Mans, yet huge garden, many places to sit outside without being near someone else, wonderful reception, excellent breakfast.
You are in the countryside, yet Le Mans is very close if you want to visit the city, then return to an oasis.

Excellent central location with private free parking and easy to find using satnav. Staff were most welcoming and helpful in providing options for dinner. This was one of the most comfortable hotels we have stayed at. The beds were excellent, the rooms modern but not ostentatious, the breakfast buffet was incredible and the location within 5 Km of the A11 and across from a super LeClerc supermarket was just perfect.

Ideal overnight stop on our way south and also on the way home. Easy to find. We had a dog with us and we were given a room which accessed straight from the car park which was perfect. Probably the best bed we have ever slept in and I am trying to source the same in the UK. Food was good, nothing special but fine for an overnight stay. Hard to fau

I like the Kyriad Hotels: decent design, crisp...everything, and a merciful relief (in France) from Ibis/Mercure et al.
This one in particular is remarkable as it sits within 50 metres of the Le Mans circuit: it would be an amazing place to stay while the 24 Heures is happening (though it's already booked out for 2014).

The ambiance, style and overall feeling. It is a superb country house surrounded by tress and parkland. The rooms were very stylish and provided modern facilities against a back drop of informality. The owner was very accomodating and the relaxed manner made you feel very much at home. -

Very friendly and helpful owners, good sized rooms that were clean and very quiet, an excellent evening meal and a very reasonable cost.
We used the hotel for visiting the Le Mans 24 hours race and it worked very well as it is on one of the roads that goes straight to the track. -
