My husband and I booked the Hotel for a dbl room for 5 nights some time
prior to our travels. We arrived mid-Oct. From a stay in Sardinia; our
grand tour continues until end of Jan. 2014 so we have lots of stuff.
The room held for us was very small @ 100E/night plus 10Epp/day
for simple breakfast. We asked and we offered a great apt. With
kitchenette @140E/day(posted@ 165/day. So we took it , of
course, w/o breakfasts...we can buy lots of suitable food for 20e
daily! The location is wonderful,

Perfect location on the main street of Aix-en-Provence, above an excellent restaurant. Huge clawfoot soaking tub and separate shower, big fluffy towels, very comfy bed. We travelled on the Eurostar for our first time in Aix-en-Provence. The
hotel is really a restaurant with rooms but no less comfortable for
that. Our room was right at the front and so a bit noisy on the Saturday
night but the staff moved us to a lovely ground floor apartment at the
back of the hotel for the remainder of our stay. The staff themselves
were fantastic, the room(s) had everything you wanted, and a very good
restaurant just downstairs! We will go back.

Being November and all, was still a nice setting and location. Just a shirt stroll to Antibes, market, and bars and restaurants. Staff really friendly and helpful with helping with my baggage and parking the car. My room didn't face the sea and was rather dark, but was very cleans and and oversized, like a small apartment. Fridge was stocked with drinks at very over inflated prices but hey that's France.

Great apartment with balcony, helpful staff, everything in the little kitchen that we needed to make breakfast or lunch every day. Nice pool and decked area for sunbathing. Right next to La Croisette beach, all of the shops and a big supermarket. Hire a car though to get out and about - so many places to see! -

The place is just great, old building in the countryside with a high level of design and maintenance, very clean, nice swimming pool and a great big Provencal garden. Breakfast is healthy and tasty. Quite a few years since a previous visit, but still very good. Wonderful position, good sea views, friendly and attentive staff, small but lovely rooms with balcony, good breakfast, close to port but far enough to remain tranquil. Won't leave it so long to return. -

Excellent location. The hotel is just a short walk from the beach and about a 5 minute walk from the old town with its many bars and restaurants. It's a 10-15 min walk to the Palais des Festivals.
Owner David was very friendly and gave us great tips for bars, restaurants and clubs.

What a great place to stay David and Nelya were very helpful, pleasant and great hosts. Near to beach and all amminities. We would recommend this small friendly hotel to anyone.We, John and Zoia, spent eight nights here and enjoyed every minute.
