  Hotel is located right on the sea edge, very rare for the South of France where normally the first line of hotels is across the road from the sea. We had a room with the balcony that was 3 meters from the sea. Breakfast is nice - with eggs, fruits, all the pastry - on the terrace with excellent sea view. On arrival, we got the gift from the hotel - champaign and macarons - as it was on my birt - We reserved a suite with 2 rooms, bigger then standard room. Beautiful view from most rooms to the sea. quite. Good breakfast, specially knowing France. 2 Pools and possibility to swim in clear + clean sea. It were relaxing days. Erholsame Ferientage, ruhige Zimmer, direkt am Meer. 2 Pools und Schwimmen im sauberen Meer. Gutes Frühstück.

Location is great in terms of being close to the train station (makes getting in and out very easy), and nearby the train station there are also a lot of shops (like supermarket) and restaurants. However, it's a little further away from the pebble beach, the promenade, and the major shopping area (which is near th... o que as pessoas dizem » e coast) as well as Old Town Nice. (at least 20 min walk to all those) You can also take the tram alternatively. - Situated in the centre of Nice and within a couple of minutes walk of the main railway station, the hotel had a pretty Mediterranean courtyard garden. The rooms overlooked the garden and hence the hotel was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a relaxing atmosphere. The Promenade des Anglais is an easy 10 minute walk. Would stay there again.
