Room lovely, if a little small. Everything worked as it should. The staff were very pleasant, polite and helpful. We missed breakfast one morning and the restaurant manager took the trouble to get coffee and croissants for us, despite him being very busy preparing for a wedding. The hotel is in a great position for visiting the area, or for passing through. Metz centre is 10 minutes by car.

We enjoyed our stay at the Villa Thalassa. For a family of four, the villa was more than accommodating. We were very pleased with the quality of service and the facilities at Villa Thalassa. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We have two young kids and asked for two extra beds but because there was an available room next to ours we were allowed to use it at very little extra charge. Staff was friendly, accommodating and professional.
