It was a great place to stay for what we needed and staff was very
friendly and helpful, price was right, our only complaint was that we
didn't realize it was out of Bayeux approx. 4Kms and we didn't
have a rental car (and there weren't any to rent in town) so we
needed to taxi everywhere and that got a bit pricey.

I can't say enough good things about La Naomath. The setting was
peaceful and beautiful, and just a few minutes' drive to the town
center of Bayeux. The cottage was so cute, roomy, very clean, and
comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable,
even bringing us breakfast on our first morning as we had arrived after

in the family room which was quite large (one large bedroom and a
sitting room). It had one full bath with a shower and another room with

Very welcoming atmosphere, lovely room and good beds. The hosts have a sense of humour and are helpful in finding what people are interested in and finding their way in and around Ouistreham. We just stayed for one night but are considering staying in this hotel and bicycling daily to Caen, when we will have our next training in March.Thanks - Warm

Madame was absolutely the perfect host, leaving us alone enough to not be rude, but interacting when comfortable and appropriate to do so. The house is her home and is simply lovely. As it was an overnight stop in our journey, it was good to be able to have an evening meal in the hotel and the meal was of a good standard. - Exceptional staff and very attentive to our needs. This was an excellent overnight stop both going and returning from our holiday. My family of 5 where easily accommodated within a beautiful room. La Vieille Ferme is a well run B+B. The owners were welcoming. The lounge area had many books and brochures, as well as wifi. Good breakfast - we were offered delicious scrambled eggs from the resident hens. Twin room suited us (mother & adult son). Situated where we wanted to be, but also easily reachable from the Caen ferry so could be a useful overnight stop before heading south.
