Not far from the ferry terminal in La Palais we found our B & B where we were going to recover from the exertions of the last few months - Maison de Stermaria. In this day and age it's not often that something is even more be - We had an amazing stay. The guest house is situated close to the main port (Le Palais) and offers a breathtaking view on the ocean. The owners were really friendly and shared with us useful tips to discover Belle-Ile. The room was arranged with taste and was also very comfortable. You wake up every morning with a great view on the ocean from your bed and have then the best breakfast of the island! I highly recommend Maison de Stermaria for a good rest.

  The hotel proprietor was extremely welcoming - he made a different breakfast everyday. The kids love the gardens and the pool and it was close to Sauzon, a fabulous little place. - It was a lovely place and the morning breakfast was incredible. Great place to stay - I definitely recommend it.
