Excellent restaurant. Quiet but central location. Very friendly staff. - staff were friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. We loved the decor on the landings and in the dining room.We would happily stay there again even in the same room.

Great location,less than 1m from cathedral, which helps when you need to get back to the hotel and you can use the cathedral's tower as a guiding "light". Room was comfortable. Delightful owners. Wonderful ambience in the low ceilinged rooms oozing of history. Very pleasant breakfast at extra cost. Recommendation as to where to dine was excellent though it is unusual that the restaurant of the same name as the hotel is to be stayed away from....but all ok once explained.
