Had a great stay at the hostel. I arrived late at night with the train
and there was no problem checking in. For me the best part was the
walking tour, if it is done during one of the days you are staying, do
not even think about not doing it. Emilie was a great tour-guide and
made the city come alive with her descriptions and stories. This alone
made staying there worthwhile.The location is perfect, right in the
center of town and the rooms are clean, just remember to bring your own

A pleasant, modern, functional hotel with good restaurant in pleasant grounds by the river. We were delighted to find such a quiet and pretty spot in such a busy area - and within easy walking distance by the riverside path to the beach and Cannes. It had all we needed. The 2 bed room apartment was even too much for just a stop-over. Kitchen and living room are on the basement. Bedrooms with separate bathroom are on the 1st floor.
We agreed the place perfect for a couple of weeks family vacation.
The apartment is located in a very calm and small village.
It definitely is a value for money place.

From our experience in France we find that there can be a communication problem. We did not have that problem at all at the Hotel Ambassadeur and everyone was so friendly. - Despite it being peak season and it being a fairly large hotel, there was plenty of room to move around freely and not feel cramped

We liked the well equipped kitchen. There were cleaning materials
including dishwasher tablets. The parking was very secure with lift
access to the hotel. The only thing was that the decor, although
modern, was a bit dark and the furnishings did not make the room
inviting. There is a large shopping complex containing a Carrefours
supermarket, directly opposite. It is only a 300 metre walk to the tram
stop which is handy.

Very friendly staff. All spoke good English. Overall a very
professionally run hotel.
One essential way to improve the overall package would be to supply customers with detailed directions from the airport, as the one way system was testing to say the least.
That said, we would definitely use the hotel again. really enjoyable stay. -
