The staff was great! We arrived at 2 am and they were waiting for us with everything ready. The next morning they helped us tremendously with our car reservation ( which the car company could not find). This was very much appreciated since it was a holiday in France and most places were closed. Sofi was extremely nice and helpful with our 5yr old son, giving us detailed directions, making the calls in our behalf in French. Ideal location for sightseeing in Paris. Located in vicinity to Louvre. You can walk to all famous touristic places easily from Louvre to Notre Dame. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was bigger than we expected but clean and tidy with TV-panel on the wall. Reception working 24-7, taxi to airport - no problem. Nice renovated room with new furniture. We'll definetely be back again.
Impossible to beat location next to the Louvre, with the ability to get adjoining rooms for families. The adjoining rooms give the impression of a larger suite. With young children, being 10 minutes' walk from so many sites in the very central 1st arr made Relais Du Louvre a perfect destination.
Extremely helpful and pleasant staff, warm and well-decorated rooms that felt like we were staying with friends. Big bed and perfect that we had a view of the Louvre from our window. Strong wi-fi and good selection of TV channels for when we needed a break from sight-seeing.
This hotel was fantastic. Sophie greeted us as we arrived from a long flight from NY, we were travelling with two small children and she was so accommodating. I will be returning to this hotla again. If you have a family this is where you want to be. Cloose to everything.
So close to the Louvre and the river, which is why I picked it, close to
the stop for the hop on hop off tour bus, and metro line. Lovely cafe
around the corner with good service, although a little pricey. Great
service at hotel, lovely staff, made you feel very welcome.
A small (22 rooms), cosy, quiet hideaway, right next to the Louvre (wonderful) and just across the square from a fabulous restaurant (Le Fumoir) - who could hope for more!! Oh, yes, our room was spacious, very comfortable, with a splendid bath!.
Superb location. Quiet room (suite 51 on top floor). Absolutely clean. Helpful staff. Excellent mattress that had us asking for the mattress brand. Everything flawless. My third stay in this hotel in 20 years. Never disappointed.

Great location and customer service. Rooms are nicely decorated and adequate in terms of size (considering that it’s right in the center of Paris). Staff was very nice and helpful. Would stay there again.
Best location, room/suite 062 on 6th floor is spacious(in Paris
hotel room terms) with open fire place, old leather covered books, nice
bathroom, separate wc and access to an open space for smmokers.
The hotel is in a very good location. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Then hotel room we had was good, with a view of the Louvre if you looked out the window to the left.
Great location. I was able to walk everywhere. Service was fantastic. Very friendly and extremely helpful with everything. Would fully recommend this hotel and stay there again.

I love this hotel, the location is wonderful,.just next to the Louvre and tube station. The facilities in the hotel is good and designed so romantic. Very nice!.

It was in a great location. The staff was friendly, courteous and
helpful. The continental breakfast was brought to our room each morning
at a time of our choosing. It was plentiful and tasty. The orange juice
was fresh squeezed. The bed was comfortable. They had very reliable
free wi- fi.

We booked a triple room ( traveling with a small child). Since the room was on the small side, I wish they didn't put the extra single bed- it was crammed. I am sure it has to do with regulations. Not enough closet space, bot it was OK for us since we were there for 2 nts only. The bathtub was difficult to get in and out of - could be dangerous but I'm not sure what could be done to cure.

Smaller rooms than we expected, but it is Paris. Footpath was being
redone outside but not hotels fault, just a bit worrying when it's
raining! Menu was too gourmet for my liking, light meals of sandwiches
and little things would suit better, I think.

The third adult bed was very basic but even worse it had a broken slat so as soon as 28 yr old settled down he went through it. We then had a whole pantomime with the bed settee which was also kaput. The night receptionist was not interested but the daytime girl was FANTASTIC. She was mortified and offered us the champagne from the minibar.

The staff was indifferent at best. Didn't want to be bothered. Very uncooperative when I asked for help confirming my flight, which should be something they do frequently.

The room was the size of a cracker box; it was nothing like the one in
the on- line photo. The bathroom, of course was also minuscule. We had
to squeeze arou d suitcases placed at the foot of the bed because there
was no place else to put them. We only stayed two nights, so we put up
with it. If we had planned to remain in Paris for a longer stay, we
would have found another hotel.
Lowest rate rooms are tiny.
Bathrooms also tiny. These rooms are poor value for money.
