O que as pessoas dizem
The room was warm in winter, although it was on the street side, the closed windows muffled the street sounds; It had a small but adequate bathtub, and a bidet; the mattress was comfortable, there were enough hangers, plenty of hot water, amenable cleaning staff, enough lighting, enough electric outlets, enough hooks..
The hotel is delightfully old-fashioned with a traditional see-through lift. We were taking a train from Gare de Lyon early in the morning and the hotel is only a couple of minutes' walk from there, and right beside the bus stop at the end of Rue de Lyon (no. 65 from Gare du Nord).todos opiniões »
This is a great hotel - well located near to Gare de Lyon station and bars/restaurants but it is very quiet. The bathroom/shower was fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
Good location adjacent to Gare de Lyon
Friendly and helpful staff
Speedy WiFi
Room was good size
We were in the older part of the hotel not yet updated but it was absolutely fine
Wide range of restaurants nearby.
The staff was extremely helpful in solving a problem we had while in Paris
The location, not too far from the train station, was wonderful, and it was possible to walk to many of the sights we wanted to visit.
Staff was very helpful. He went out of the way to help us with printing of our tickets. Also, provided us with a computer to check our emails.
WiFi was good.
Our room was surprisingly elegant given the price. We were delighted!
Loved the décor and modern bathroom.
Also location location location!!.
Very convenient location, large bath and plenty of hot water, comfy bed and quiet considering the very busy location.
location, quite close to gare de lyon.very friendly staff at the reception.
Staffs were helpful. Internet speed was remarkable. I enjoyed staying.
Really close to Lyon Station, supermarket in front of the hotel.
The staff was very friendly and spoke English very well.
Very close to the Gare de Lyon.
位置很好,离里昂火车站走路2分钟,酒店很干净,前台很nice.
Proximité Gare de Lyon.
Location.
Very conveniently located next to Gare de Lyon and excellent location to be stopping when visiting Paris. Boutique size and very clean. Also great restaurants nearby.
The location was handy for the Gare de Lyon. The bathroom was new and
the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful.
Close to Lyon station.
There was no full-length mirror in the room.
Did not take breakfast because same available at adjacent cafes for half the price.
WiFi was good. I could do Skype every day back home to keep connected to the kids but for some reason, emails did not work.
There was a bad smell in the bathroom (not us) but it went away after a short time.
the breakfasts were lacking in variety, a choice of juice perhaps fruit or yoghurt rather than a very large quantity of some times slightly stale bread would have been appreciated.
wifi is not stable.no soap in the bathroom.
Elevator system.
They were renewing the hotel entrance and friday morning, at 8a.m. we're waken up by hammer strokes on the wall...
Price a little bit high for what it offers.
We had a miscommunication between the hotel and letsbookhotel.com, and only one night was charged to our credit card so when they handed us a bill at check out I was very concerned about billing double billed. As we couldn't get our online banking to upload, we had to pay it and check later to make sure we hadn't double paid. It turned out fine, but the stressful moment was not appreciated.
No refrigerator and no coffee making facilities .
Nothing.
Good location, but the paint fumes filled the entire room.
Most of the better rooms are on a busy street. The double glazing is
good, but it would be problematic in summer when you would need to open
the windows, as there is no a/C. I wouldn't recommend this hotel
in summer, unless you could get a room looking into the courtyard. These
need to be booked well ahead, I was told. The area is typical of a
station environment - therefore best for practical reasons, eg business,
transiting in Paris, rather than a special Paris holiday.
Unbearable heat or unbearable road noise - how to choose? The heating was far too high and not possible to change. But very noisy with the window open. We often need to stay near Paris Lyon but will never use this hotel again, whatever the season.
