staff very helpful and friendly. Basic but clean. The hotel is an excellent choice to stay if visiting Disney as only 5 stops on the train!. The hotel is ideally situated for travelling by RER train to Disneyland Paris (and although a further distance, also to Paris central). Very basic hotel but with excellent value for money. Frienly staff who can converse sufficiently in English; some interesting take-away restaurants close to the hotel.todos opiniões
Location, opposite the rer station, 5 stops to Disney and about 15-20 minsto Paris. Car parked right outside the door for free. Appeared to be ina down and out area but we did not experience any problems and the car wassafe outside.the staff was very kind and helpful, the room was pretty large and clean. I felt safe in my room.very convenient for disneyland,train station right across the street, wednesdays and fridays are bazars days good bargains. Staff were friendly!. Quiet: Good Car parking. good matrass. The hotel really need to update its name on the side (which reads Hotel Du Luzard) -- we were aware of this from the reviews on Bookings.com's website, but can be really confusing!. the neighbourhood is very dangerous, a genuine ghetto; but I had to choose this hotel in order to be within a walking distance to a point of interest (I did not want to take my chance with the RER strikes and delais).Could not find it. The name has not been updated and the new name is not visible from the street.Impossible to find initially as incorrect name on side of hotel!! Request for smoking room was ignored.dirty, old bathroom, stained sheets, holes in the wall. overall old and shabby.
