  Really good location, a few minutes walk from station and Tram stop. Converted church - Deluxe room I had for 2 nights was well laid out and unusual, adequate space but not overly spacious. Room had bath and area was quiet. cross from Jardin, a really nice garden to wander through. Staff were very warm, helpful, English spoken. Would stay here aga... o que as pessoas dizem » in. - The hotel building is amazing!! We had a deluxe room that overlooked reception. We could see the stained glass windows while lying in the bed. The staff were very pleasant and took our bags and showed us to our room. The bath was lovely for a relaxing soak after a walk round the park opposite. The bath salts provided were a pleasant surprise.

  We were travelling south and this seemed like a nice spot to rest up. Hotel was gorgeous, staff excellent and the restaurant next door magnificent. Food was delicious and staff fabulous. Yes meal was a bit expensive but the setting and staff made our stay. This is a restaurant to dress up for. Smart casual at minimum!
