The location is absolutely perfect being only 10 mins walk from the Grotto but far enough away to be quiet and in direct view of the snow clad Pyrenees mountains. The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming. The hotel rooms were big, clean and just-recently renovated. Breakfast and dinner were good reasonably priced. Dog-friendly. Free parking in the areas around the hotel. For the price we paid, an excellent value-for-your-money.

Da luminosidade do quarto, espaço e excelente localização - apesar de não ser um hotel foi-nos facultado as chaves do apartamento fora do horário de atendimento ,com um eficiente sistema de um cofre para as mesmas , situado no hall de entrada , ao qual se tinha acesso por um código obtido através de uma chamada telefónica .

Less than 5 minutes taxi ride to the train station.
Very good wifi connection even inside the room. This allows us to watch other English TV channels via streaming on our iPads.
English speaking and helpful staff...special mention to Fidela (sorry if the spelling is wrong). He even helped us to board our luggage on the taxi.

The people were friendly and helpful. They tried to assist us even
though there was a language problem. The walk to the site was an easy
walk. The price of the accomadations was extremely reasonable. We stayed
in Paris and the bathroom was 1/3 the size. It was nice to have a
large shower rather then the small closet we showered in Paris.

From check-in to departure our stay at Residence du Soleil was enjoyable and relaxing. Staff were courteous and helpful and appeared to have a genuine interest in making stay as le as possible. The hotel is well situated for access to the Domaine and the town. C'est tres calme, tres jolie.We are regular visitors to Lourdes and will almost certainly return to Residence du Soliel.

family of 2 adults, 14 ,12 & 4 year old. Beds very clean &
comfortable. Breakfast really good. Lovely coffee & fresh

We were visiting the sanctuaries and visiting the Pyrenees. We will
defo use thix hotel again. -
Great staff who spoke English. V helpful from time of booking. Excellent location. Great apartment with clean, comfortable beds and all necessary facilities. Quiet. Disabled friendly. Great price. Self-catering option.
