Fantastic location, right in the old walled city. Fabulous restaurant at the hotel. Rooms nicely decorated.
Very nice hotel. Great location. Very large, clean, and comfortable rooms.

Location Near the catherdal was excellent.
1. There was no hot water in our room. To the hotel's credit, they moved us very quickly to an equally good room.
2. No-one had any idea how the wifi worked. Very frustrating.
3. We arrived back at 10pm and asked for a drink. We were told, quite rudely, 'this is a restaurant not a bar'. Appalling. I was given a drink at 7pm without a problem. todos opiniões »
Room lacked bedside table and was at the top of two steep flights of stairs. Dirty carpet in the middle of room. Small bathroom.
The hotel was closed on the Sunday morning and staff had pre left the morning's breakfast in the fridge which was stale and the fruit had gone soggy!
We tried to have a shower and the water was cold, and there was no one around to contact.
At £100 i really feel I should beable to claim my money back.
