The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

The location is perfect and the hotel is very romantic. We came to Paris from Turkey for our wedding. Concierge (especially Christophe) helped a lot to us. Everything was perfect. Thanks to Pont Royal for this wonderful experience. We will come there again.

Even though the hotel was rather 'tired' it had everything I wanted - room service, a kettle in the room, bathrobe, and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in in a hotel for a long time! In a quiet location but perfect for me on a business trip for the fashion district. Would definitely stay again. -

O conforto do quarto e a localização excelente perto da Place des Vosges, zona do marais, a 50m do metro. - A melhor surpresa foi haver uma mini cozinha no quarto. Outra surpresa o pátio interno do hotel, com liberdade para sentar-se ao sol. O restante era bom mas já esperado por ser um quatro estrelas.
