I stayed at this hotel for 11 nights and in all that time, could not find anything to complain about. The room was a bit small, but very clean (and was cleaned every day) and quiet. Great location, close to everything you will want to see and do within Toulouse. Most of the staff were nice. Our room was bigger than we expected for the price we paid.
This is a good place to stay if you are looking for a clean no-frills kind of place. It was perfect for our needs! -

The apartment was excellent. VERY comfortable just the right size for 3 would have done 4 but "cosier" . Looked as if it had recently been refurbished. Staff were friendly and helpful and the spa etc looked nice- we didn't use. Was very quiet when we there no traffic noise but maybe in the height of season it could have been a little noisy from other apartments ? Would thoroughly recommend and will be looking for other appartments in the privilege group for future stays.

The hotel was very well situated in the center of the city. Ideal for shopping restuarants etc. we had booked a superior suite which was lovely. It was at the back of the hotel, so quiet and peaceful. The Capoul restuarant was excellent and the staff in he restuarant were willing to recommend dishes. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Toulouse.
