I think two people would have been cramped - but for me it was great (besides who needs a large room when you're in Paris?) I read a lot of reviews before I decided on this hotel. I had a very quiet room - I was facing the courtyard/buildings so I had no noise from the street.

  The staff were so relaxed and welcoming. They brought our bags up to our room and did not linger expecting a tip. It is in a fantastic location very close to St Sulpice church and St Sulpice Metro station making it easy to find and travel to and from. The room was nice and very quiet overlooking the courtyard. Short walk to St Germaine de Pres where there are lots of bars, cafes and shops and easy w - This is a very nice hotel. We had a top floor with a balcony view of the St. Sulpice church. It's in a good residential neighborhood, with plenty of family restaurants in the area, at a slightly better price and away from the touristy area. Also fantastic bookstores and good shopping, a stones throw from the Jardin de Luxembourg. The price is slightly lower because you have to walk an extra two blocks to get to the middle of the action. Honestly, one of the better secrets for a good Paris stay.

  Just got back from a short break in Paris.Everything about this Hotel was perfect for us.The room was clean and furnished to a high standard,with very comfortable beds,superior quality bedlinen,thick curtains and an excellent bathroom.The hotel staff went out of their way to welcome us and made us feel very much at home.We were concerned that tea ... o que as pessoas dizem » making facilities weren't going to be available in the hotel room,but this concern was soon swept aside,as pots of tea are available anytime on reques - Everything! The receptionist couldn't have been more efficient and helpful! Wanting to change our return rail tickets,he directed us to a local station rather than the main line terminal, saving two time and money wasting taxi rides. Knowing that one of us had become not well, he happily agreed to us delaying our checkout , allowing us to rest in the room and avoid a tediously long wait at the station.   Angelique ,our receptionist could have not have been more helpful! We arrived Saturday night, and had us booked into room 01 - unfortunately this is for disabled and although room was good, bathroom was set up for disabled person, with no cubicle or tub! everything open! Can´t comment on Breakfast ,as we love to buy fresh bread & coffee/juice in the morning and make - Very clean, intimate rooms. Have to mention that the people make this hotel a well worth stay. Reception staff, particularly Angelique and house made staff were courteous and attentive to all our needs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking at budget value for money accommodation
