I think two people would have been cramped - but for me it was great (besides who needs a large room when you're in Paris?) I read a lot of reviews before I decided on this hotel. I had a very quiet room - I was facing the courtyard/buildings so I had no noise from the street.

  This is not a traditional hotel, but rather an apartment-style hotel with only four or five suites, each with a small kitchenette. Our suite was the smallest – the “studio” next to the office on the second floor (they didn’t have a standard reception desk), but it was exactly as lovely as shown on the website.   The staff were so relaxed and welcoming. They brought our bags up to our room and did not linger expecting a tip. It is in a fantastic location very close to St Sulpice church and St Sulpice Metro station making it easy to find and travel to and from. The room was nice and very quiet overlooking the courtyard. Short walk to St Germaine de Pres where there are lots of bars, cafes and shops and easy w - This is a very nice hotel. We had a top floor with a balcony view of the St. Sulpice church. It's in a good residential neighborhood, with plenty of family restaurants in the area, at a slightly better price and away from the touristy area. Also fantastic bookstores and good shopping, a stones throw from the Jardin de Luxembourg. The price is slightly lower because you have to walk an extra two blocks to get to the middle of the action. Honestly, one of the better secrets for a good Paris stay.

  A great location with beautifully newly renovated rooms.The lounge is a wonderful area to relax in over a glass of wine and discuss the days events with other travellers. We always have fond memories of the delicious breakfast in the cave. The receptionist couldn't have been more efficient and helpful! Knowing that one of us had become not well, he happily agreed to us delaying our checkout , allowing us to rest in the room and avoid a tediously long wait at the station.
