The staff were nice friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast in the garden. The room was clean with a powerful shower. Quiet at night if the windows are closed and air con switched on. Location was good, only 10 mins walk from the port. Basically you get what you pay for here. Good for a budget traveller. -

Really good hotel. The breakfast was my favorite so far with the budget hotels I've been in... really good value there! The location is VERY good as well. We were mother and daughter, so two separate big double beds in the same room were very welcome. Clean. Friendly family run hotel. Incredibly eccentric and charming family run hotel complete with dog and budgies.Good location next to the ocean. (well there's a fairly busy road inbetween- ask for a room on the top floor) Walking distance to the center of Marseille or there's an excellent bus service just outside the entrance.

Everything! The host Laurent was incredibly friendly and gave us a tour
around the area upon arrival and lots of tips on what to do in the city.
The apartment was well equipped and very clean. Basic cooking
ingredients as well as Orange Juice for in the morning were provided.

Good bus connection, walking distance 2 km to city centre.
We appreciated the combination of living in a calm ‘frenchy’ part of the city with the ocean as a neighbour after a touristic day in the noisy and lively city centre.
Nice boulangeri and boucheri nearby.
You will get your daily fresh baguette =)
