We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The room was VERY spacious and on the quiet side overlooking an inside courtyard. The bathroom was particularly surprisingly new and spacious with a large modern shower and double face basin. The toilet was a separate area.
The staff was VERY helpful and professional.

The staff is truly exceptional. They helped with rail tickets, boarding
passes, directions for sightseeing and anything else we needed. I like
the boutique feeling of the hotel. It is small and cozy. The location is
exceptional. It is just minutes from the Louvre, the Seine, Musee
D'Orsay and the Opera. It is very convenient to the metro and to
wonderful Japanese restaurants.

The staff was uniformly helpful, flexible, friendly and polite. The location is perfect for those who like to wander the Left Bank. The room was a "Paris size", but that is Paris, No? The room was very quiet even though overlooking the street. Very comfortable bed. Lot's of good, non-tourist dining available within a true 5 minute stroll, including a very nice Jaques Cagna restaurant right across the street and 5 minutes from a Grom gelateria. You can spend more but you really won't get more.

This hotel experience was superb. The staff was attentive, helpful,
and friendly, which is extremely welcome in a city known for
hostility to visitors. The rooms and common areas look superb and
recently renovated. The deluxe double room we stayed in was lovely
and had a very comfortable washroom and shower. Daily turndown
service was an added and unexpected bonus. The wellness center
offered a tranquil and relaxing pool and sauna which, while petite,

I love this hotel. Have stayed several times. It is so comfortable and relaxing. Like the honesty bar, the two sitting rooms, the free wifi with no password. Love their house room scent. Great to have somewhere so relaxing in Paris where coming back to the hotel is a real treat.

The staff without exception were superb and couldn't do enough to
help. We had a three night stay, changing to a different themed room
each day. All of the rooms were great and although "compact and
bijou" were plenty big enough for our needs. We had a great time in
Paris aided in no small part by the knowledge that at the end of each
day we would be returning to the Secret. We would recommend without
hesitation and will definitely be staying there again.
