The parking outside was just as they had said although turning up as the nursery opposite was emptying out wasn't clever. The staff was very professional and friendly. They tried to help in every way possible...They even printed my boarding pass for the airport. The internet worked well except at very peak hours. Kitchen was a great addition. Even thought the reception was closed they had a way fr you to check in after hours.. I loved having a nice hot bath! Diane was extremely helpful, booked restaurant and babysitter for us and provided some super breakfast supplies for our arrival. The apartment was a 5 star standard as well as the owner (Diane) service, who brought complimentary fresh breakfast supplies each day. The apartment is huge, in the centre and pure luxury. Everything is high quality and new.
