Please note that: Consumption, electricity and heating costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use, upon departure or within 3 weeks after check-out. Final cleaning fee is not included in the room rate. Guest can request it for an additional charge of 55 EUR per stay or clean the accommodation themselves. Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of 8 EUR per person per stay or bring their own. A security deposit of 200 EUR per stay for incidentals needs to be paid at arrival. This deposit will be returned upon departure or within 3 weeks after check-out, minus any deductions for energy consumption and any damage caused to the accommodation. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. NOVASOL will send a confirmation with detailed payment information.
