  Modern hotel close to airport and 10 minutes drive to old walled city. We used as a stop over en route and it was perfect for that. Room was small but comfortable and very clean with good shower and facilties. Good value breakfast. - A very nice clean hotel, easy to find and in a good location for visiting Carcassonne and the old walled town.   Central - The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff,nearly every day they assisted me with directions to bus stops,Post Office,etc.Also the central location of the hotel,with the old city to the left,the town centre straight ahead,and the railway stn to the right.All less than 15 mins walk.The room was cleaned every day.I would like to say a bi... o que as pessoas dizem » g thank you for the help we received. - Manageress was very helpful, she allowed us to book in early, she helped us carry our luggage upstairs, and she made a phone call to chase up our taxi which hadn't arrived to pick us up the next day.   This was well situated within easy walking distance of the castle, and with a shockingly good bakery right across the road. The room was tidy and clean, and the beds were very confortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and serviced the room daily. They also were very patient with my schoolgirl French. We didn't try the breakfast ( thank... o que as pessoas dizem » s largely to the all too tempting cakes on offer across the road), but it did look like a good selection and seemed very popular. It was very good val - Great price, free secure carpark comfy bed and its a 15min walk to La Cite. But In the hot summer sun the walk to La Cite is punishing. No footpath or shelter, older travelers should be careful. Because of this we drove our car back to La Cite at 8pm, and the was free at this time in the evening.
