The location is excellent, a five minute walk to the Old Port and Palais down through winding streets. The kitchenette is small but well supplied, the bathroom surprisingly spacious. Quiet, facing the garden. Jeremy, the manager is very nice and helpful. -

The people that run the apartments are simply the best! Very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Very comfortable new and clean and kept that way. I have already recommended it to my colleagues and I will def. be using them again. - Fantastic modern and very clean studio room that was quite spacious and had a small balcony. Would've stayed

Very clean, modern apt. Very good location - Location. Smack in the middle of things. Safe area. Shopping right at the doorstep (literally). Clean. Good kitchen (no supplies). Short distance to the beach. Quite peaceful (some traffic noise).

The apartments are in good location, not far from the sea. The kitchen
is clean and comfortable for cooking , clean bedding, so all you need to
stay with small family (3 people). The WiFi is working very good,

Sensational service from the minute we arrived. Oliver and his team are very professional, helpful and offer tremendous value.
On-site parking is availalbe for a small fee (and presents a fun challenge getting down the driveway!).

Location. Also the owner was very kind! There was not a hairdryer, but he bought a new one in the same day.
Small balconies -but it is nice to have a coffee in the morning. Carefour and the market are 5 min from the hotel. -

Such a nice place to stay!!!! We travelled with the whole family, so we stayed in the biggest room on the top floor. It was so so so excellent!!!!! Could have the view directly to the historical street and the harbor as well. The stuff is quite helpful and friendly. Everything was so perfect and we enjoyed every minute in Residence Bouttau. Very close to beach and town centre, just 5 minutes walk away. A clean,
nice spa and fitness area, a relaxing quite area with a confined outside
swimming pool with adequate sun beds, nice neat kept grounds, excellent
security, coded access to hotel gates and garage, secure private parking
for 20 euros a day with direct access into the hotel, 3 eur

We pretty much liked everything there. We had a fantastic holiday. Mainly because The Residance resideal Hotel exceeded our expectations. We were happy with the nice and very cosy room we were given and it was value for money and it was a real pleasure to deal with the receptionist. They were all very helpful It is very central and about a couple of metres away from the croisette beach and not far from the train station and other amenities. The Musee de la castre gives a perfect panoramic view

you prefer the beach or the Croisette... Huge apartment with two
jacuzzis, one in the master bathroom and one on the huge terrace. Very

Great apartment with balcony, helpful staff, everything in the little kitchen that we needed to make breakfast or lunch every day. Nice pool and decked area for sunbathing. Right next to La Croisette beach, all of the shops and a big supermarket. Hire a car though to get out and about - so many places to see! -
