A damage deposit of EUR 1800 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the apartment is located above a restaurant, which may result in some noise from kitchen activity (machines, dishes) and the presence of bins at the entrance during certain hours. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e. g. , smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc. ), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
