This was my second time at Precheurs Studios, and it feels like my home from home now! In a little side street near Place des Precheurs, in the heart of the old town, you feel like you're an Aixois. The owners are very attentive, free wi-fi and everything you need for a self catering stay. Great value for money and warm & cosy in the winter. Little shops round the corner as well as the fantastic market in the square. I'll be back next year!. todos opiniões

Excellent facilities - fully equipped kitchen, wifi, washing facilites and use of a printer all for free.
Great location - just minutes from the markets, restaurants and shops of Aix en Provence.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, for the price it offers outstanding service and value for money.
It is such a nice little studio with everything you need and in a very central location. It is perfect. There is even a shared garden and a washing machine (and the soap!). What else do you need?! And the owners are extremely friendly and helpful. It was a very nice meeting them. I would def go back.
Great location and well-furnished studio. Quiet and comfortable. An extraordinary value at a bargain price. The staff/proprietors were exceptionally attentive, prompt and efficient follow up. I've already recommended this studio to friends planning trips to Aix.
the easy comunication with the owners, the location of the apartment, which is situated in the Aix city center, and most of all, the studio provide whatever you need to make you a comfortable stay: full kitchen, tv, wifi, acces to a washing machine...
Our hosts are very kind and accommodating. The location is fantastic and after two visits feels like home when we come to Aix.

The hosts were really friendly in person, and everything worked like clockwork from the moment we got there. Homely/welcoming atmosphere, amazing location, great value!.
Comfort of having your own space and facilities. Marco was very accommodating and the use of the washing machine when doing long stints of travel were very valuable.

Yes, the schoolchildren are a bit noisy outside for short while in the morning, but I regard them as my alarm clock!.

Regulating the water temperature in the shower was really difficult.
A bit more paperwork beforehand than a hotel, but didn't take too long. Some of the emails sounded a bit abrupt to someone who has spent the past 10 years in the UK, apparently that's just really French! So don't be put off, they are really nice and helpful.
Hard bed, some noise and lack of blinds mean you wake with the sun, like it or not !.
Entrance hall was scruffy and unwelcoming creating a bad first impression.
Keys very difficult to get to work ( other people there had the same difficulties).
