The hotel staff were friendly and they helped with any questions. The bathroom was refurbished and bedroom had a "new" feel to it. The bed was big and comfortable for one person. The hotel is quiet, comfortably furnished, clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A great base for exploring the region of Provence.

The hotel is situated on the outskirts of the city so you do need to catch a bus there, or if you prefer, you can walk 3km. Breakfast not included in the price, 9 euro if you want it. Very far from the city centre. It's near the highway, which is good if you're traveling around Provence by car, but buses within the city don't run after 9 pm and you can't drive in Vieux Aix. Also, I would have liked a mini fridge in the room. Passing through so no overall complaints. Nothing. - unreliable, almost unusable WiFi. No restaurant in hotel and no fridge in room:/. Breakfast could have been more interesting. Nothing to dislike. too far for walking to city center. It has a bit of a worn-in feel, so it's old without having any real charm. It is right by a main road and if you're in a room that's close to it then you will hear the traffic, especially with the windows open. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and intermittent and the air-con wasn't working. Quite a long way out of town. There is a bus stop across the road but there were no buses on Sunday. breakfast finish at 10, close to road (noisy). Miles away from central area. Could not connect to wifi, the problem required a reboot of hotel router, reception said a technician would be called but nothing was done to rectify the issue. too far away from city centre. They blocked the money twice and they were not very helpful solving this problem. The A/C didn't work. Hair in bed. Plugs didn't work. Floor was dirty. No clean towels. Staff were rude. Wifi only worked sporadically and when it did you had to login every time you changed a web page ! Staff told us it was 20 min walk from town actually was 45! it was an awful stay!.
