Everything was fine, we were only staying one night late and leaving
early so only wanted a basic room and the lady when we arrived helped
out and told us all we needed (even though we have little French she was
willing to try hard to make sure we understood - Merci!) and the room

We were just stopping off to break out journey down to Brittany. It was perfect for our needs with a young family. We got a family room, which was excellent and suited our needs. After a long journey, it was great to avail of the excellent restaurant in the hotel.

Clean hotel with good facilities for the price that we paid for the room. I think we ended up in the room for those with a disability so no carpet and a wet room rather than conventional bathroom but it was fine for an overnight stop on the way home. -

Room is comfortable. As others have said it is opposite the G.H. Mumm cellars (which are expensive and commerical FYI) - but that is about all its near. city centre, there are also some champagne cellars around. Very secure
parking on site. The reception is closed after 18:30 but hotel contacted
me in advance and provided all the details for late check in which I
really appreciated as we did arrive late.

the room was functional, with working wifi. Very centrally located- can walk easily to cathedral and museums and the champagne caves. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok but if you are up early enough, there is a boulangerie at the end of the street opposite the road and much cheaper.

The staff at the desk were so friendly and helpful giving us plenty of information and assistance. We parked on the street and could see our car from the hotel window. Walking to the champagne houses and taking tours was wonderful. We will return again and stay in the same place. My favorite memory is eating lunch with champagne (of course) an

The locality was great as we could park the car and walk all around Reims from this location. I was impressed at the outset with the friendly staff. They went out of their way to help us and were very happy to do it. Can't say enough about them really. This made the stay. I believe the breakfast was great, but we did not do breakfast with our full days so can't really comment.
